1. Ready Stock Wholesale Rules

2. Order MOQ Standard

3. Bulk Order Warranty

All wholesale & custom bulk pieces enjoy 1-year manufacturing warranty, covering loose stones, broken prongs and metal casting defects. Warranty excludes damage from improper wear, impact, scratches or chemical corrosion.

4. Return Policy For Bulk Orders

Only items with confirmed manufacturing defects within 30 days after delivery support free rework, replacement or partial refund. Returns caused by personal style mismatch or order miscalculation shall be covered by buyer’s return shipping cost.
